1.General • The services are as detailed in the aforementioned services list.
• Any purchase of services from us requires agreeing to our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these agreements at any time so you should always check them first before placing an order with us. • The Customer must provide their name, address, and telephone information in order to be eligible for a welcome package.
• The Company will confirm the order has been received by the Customer.
• The Company will use its reasonable endeavours to deliver the Services to the Customer as soon as practicable. However, if it is not possible for the Company to meet this timeframe, it will be in breach of these Conditions and have responsibility for any losses caused.
• Our terms and conditions apply to all of our services, unless you negotiate a different contract.
2.Payments & Prices
• The price of the Services are shown in our price list. Prices might change without notice.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (“RS”). All taxes or charges that the Customer pays during purchase will be included in the price.
• We require payment before we deliver an item unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• The Company shall provide facilities for the customer to pay their fees. They can choose from using their cash, upi, credit cards, debit cards, and online banking services.
• It is understood and agreed by the user that the company will not take responsibility for any failed payment procedures. The payment of the price is the sole responsibility of the customer.
• The Company may charge certain fees depending on the type of service you buy and when you buy it. The prices for services will change any time with notice.
• We charge a standard fee for our services. However, you might have to pay other fees depending on where you are and how you paid for your account.
• You can track the results of your tests by entering your patient ID and password.
3.Use of Service
• Although we take every precaution when responding to your requests, the Company is not liable for any errors in customer service.
• The customer has 10 days to notify the company if the service did not go as planned. If not, the company is not liable for any issues that may arise.
• The company cannot assure the accuracy of any information found in this document.
4.Prohibited Actions
• You may not conduct any activity that would violate laws in your area (including copyright) related to WeCare Pathlab
• You are forbidden to transmit any destructive code.
• Making any of these Terms break the agreement or violating any of them will result in the end of Services immediately.
• You can not knowingly copy or otherwise download any of the Media or other information that WeCare Pathlab offers through the Site.
• WeCare Pathlab may not be modified, copied, distributed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or sold in any form or by any means.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that are suspected of fraud.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
